Each consultant is treated like an individual at Team Trade. Upon joining the team,
a new consultant is assigned a coach who aids not only in improving technical
proficiency, but also integration into the team. Thereafter, a monthly follow up is
carried out. Career objectives are defined and accomplished via internal or external
training programs, targeted assignments and coaching.
Throughout the year consultants are given the opportunity to gain feedback and
express their ideas by meeting with representatives from the team: Twice yearly
reviews with project managers, individual follow up with account managers and the
human resources department, annual review and periodic meetings with company
directors.
Training and the ability to capitalise on the team’s experience and skills plays a
key role in career growth and development. We concentrate on the following areas:
- Technical skills and IT training.
- Business skills to gain knowledge in finance and each client’s specific
product(s).
- Consulting (communication, pre-sales, project management, etc).
Your professional and career goals are of great concern to Team Trade. The entire
team is mobilized to ensure that consultants have the support and guidance they
need to move forward. Within the group, opportunities abound to make your plan a
success: Business or technical expertise coaching, project or team management advice
and the opportunity to work for one of our offices abroad: each year between 10% and 20% of
our consultants benefit from the mobility offered by Team Trade.
Team Trade counts on the participation of each consultant to succeed and encourages:
- Sharing your expertise and experience so that others can capitalise on it:
Round table discussions, feed-back from your assignments, technology groups
(Murex, Calypso, etc), sharing technology and business skills.
- Joining the recruitment process by representing Team Trade at university job fairs
and carrying out interviews to validate technical skills.
- Business development by working alongside the sales team.
