Team Trade’s 3 Step Recruitment Process:
The first step is to meet with a representative from the Human Resources department.
Here we will ask about your studies, experience and accomplishments, while at the
same time concentrating on your future plans. What motivates you, and what role
can Team Trade play in your career? You will have the opportunity to learn more
about Team Trade and judge for yourself if Team Trade should be part of your
professional growth.
A second meeting takes place with our technical and consulting team. We will
introduce you to other consultants with whom you may eventually work. We encourage
a real exchange, where you will communicate your accomplishments and potential.
Here you will have the opportunity to assess your compatibility with the team and
learn about our mentor program.
The 3rd and final phase involves meeting with a Team Trade Partner.
Together you will determine the ways in which your job application can move
forward.
